Not happy? We make it right
WHY IT MATTERS
Your AC has two coils. The indoor evaporator coil pulls heat out of your home, and the outdoor condenser coil dumps that heat into the air outside. In a Dallas summer the outdoor unit sits in dust, grass clippings, cottonwood, and pollen all day, and that debris packs into the coil fins until the unit can’t release heat.
When the condenser can’t shed heat, the whole system runs hot: longer cycles, higher bills, weaker cooling, and in bad cases a compressor that overheats and fails, which is the expensive one. We clean the outdoor coil down to the fins so the AC can dump heat the way it was built to. For the parts inside, it pairs with an AC coil cleaning or a full HVAC system cleaning.

Answers to the questions Dallas homeowners ask most about this service.
The evaporator coil is indoors and pulls heat out of your home. The condenser coil is in the outdoor unit and dumps that heat into the air outside. Both need to be clean, and we clean either one or both.
About once a year for most Dallas homes, and sooner if the unit sits near mowing, trees, or a dusty lot. The outdoor coil takes the brunt of grass, cottonwood, and dust, so it fouls faster than people expect.
A gentle rinse helps with loose surface dust, but the buildup that hurts performance packs deep in the fins, and the fins bend if you hit them wrong. Cleaning it properly, with the unit powered down, gets the coil clean without damaging it.
Usually, yes. A clean condenser releases heat easily, so the system runs shorter cycles for the same comfort. The dirtier it was, the bigger the difference you feel and see on the bill.
We do. The indoor evaporator coil is a separate service, and most homes benefit from both. If it has been a while, a full HVAC system cleaning handles the coils, blower, and ducts in one visit.
